The Marketplace issues have been addressed and the Marketplace should now be functioning properly. Due to heavy traffic on the Marketplace, there may be a slight delay for items purchased in the Marketplace to appear in a player's mailbox.
We are aware that there are currently technical difficulties regarding the Marketplace which cause the Marketplace to be currently unavailable to players on the West server and which has caused some players to report having possibly lost their gold.
If you have experienced issues with your character's gold, please try to re-login to your character.
We are currently looking into these issues and will update our players as soon as we have more information.
